New! SORA Training Classes (NJ Security Guard Training)
We are pleased to announce our new SORA security guard training classes. NJ Security Officer's Registration Act (SORA) The Security Officer Registration Act (N.J.S. 45:19A-1 to 45:19A-12) requires that all security officers employed in the State of NJ attend a 24-hour training and education course, led by a State Police-certified instructors. Upon successful completion, a certificate of registration, valid for two years, is issued by the NJ State Police. All provisions of SORA have been in effect since July 1, 2007. Failure to comply with this law can result in a $1,000 to the officer and a $5,000 per employee to the company.
